This page explains how to have data deleted that Local Clean Pro Ltd ("LCP", "we", "us") holds about you, including anything received through Facebook Messenger. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
Some cleaning businesses use LCP to handle enquiries sent to their Facebook Page. If you sent one of them a message, we may hold your Meta profile identifier, your display name, the messages you sent, and the enquiry details you gave — such as your address, phone number or email.
The cleaning business you messaged is the controller of that information and we process it on their behalf. You can ask either of us to delete it:
We will confirm receipt, pass the request to the business as its processor, and delete the enquiry and all associated messaging data within 30 days. You will get written confirmation when it is done.
You can also stop LCP receiving anything further at any time by blocking the Page — that prevents new messages reaching us, though it does not delete what was sent before.
You can remove the connection yourself, immediately, without contacting us:
This deletes the stored access token and stops all message processing for your Page at once. You can also revoke LCP's access from Meta's side, under Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, which has the same effect.
To delete your LCP account and all of its data, email hello@localcleanpro.co.uk. We will erase your account within 30 days, other than billing records we are required to keep for 7 years under UK tax law.
Conversation state expires automatically within hours in the ordinary course of events. Backups are overwritten on a rolling cycle and any residual copy is removed within 90 days.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
