Local Clean Pro Ltd ("LCP", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you use our website at localcleanpro.co.uk and the LCP platform (the "Service").
LCP is a UK-registered company that provides an all-in-one business management platform for cleaning businesses. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the data controller of the personal data we collect from you as a visitor or subscriber.
When our subscribers use LCP to manage their own clients' data, those subscribers act as data controllers for their clients' data, and we act as a data processor on their behalf.

Subscribers may connect their own Facebook Page to LCP so that enquiries sent by message are turned into quotes automatically. This section explains that feature, and applies in addition to the rest of this policy.
When you authorise the connection, we receive from Meta: your name and the list of Facebook Pages you manage, the Page you select, and an access token that lets us receive and reply to messages for that Page. We use these only to operate the messaging feature for your business.
Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shown to you, to other subscribers, or to anyone outside LCP. We do not post to your Page, read your existing inbox history, or access anything about your account beyond the messaging permissions you granted. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which deletes the token and stops all processing immediately.
When you send a message to the Facebook Page of a business that uses LCP, we process, on that business's behalf:
This is used for one purpose: to create your enquiry in that business's system so they can send you a quote and contact you about it. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with other businesses on the platform.
The cleaning business you messaged is the data controller for this information. LCP is their data processor and acts on their instructions. If you want your data corrected or deleted, you can contact the business directly, or contact us at hello@localcleanpro.co.uk and we will pass your request to them and act on it.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to an enquiry you chose to send. Messaging the business is entirely voluntary, and you can ask at any point in the conversation to speak to a person instead of the automated assistant.
Conversation state is held temporarily while an enquiry is in progress and expires automatically within hours. The resulting quote is retained by the cleaning business under their own retention practices and this policy's retention section. We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for up to 12 months to allow for reactivation, after which it is securely deleted. Billing records are retained for 7 years in accordance with UK tax requirements.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, regular backups, and security monitoring. While no system is completely secure, we take every reasonable step to safeguard your information.
Your data is primarily stored and processed within the United Kingdom and European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA (for example, via third-party service providers), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
