It all comes with you — same site, same address, same login. Your quotes, clients and website are exactly where you left them, and the parts that were locked simply appear in your dashboard. Nothing is exported, re-imported or set up again, and your web address doesn't change, so anything you've printed or handed out still works.

You also pick up everything that comes with a paid plan at that point: your free .co.uk domain and business email, your onboarding call, and a named customer success manager.

Yes — for the lifetime of your subscription, not just the first year. There's nothing for you to buy or arrange: start a subscription any time in 2026, tell your customer success manager during your trial which name you'd like, and we register the .co.uk domain, cover the renewal every year you stay with us, set up a business email address on it, and issue and renew the SSL certificate. The domain is registered in your name, so if you ever leave, you keep it and simply transfer it away.

Already own a domain? To bring it into the offer it needs to be transferred to us — we can only cover the renewals on a domain we hold. Your success manager walks you through the transfer on your onboarding call, and it stays registered in your name throughout. If you'd rather keep it where it is, that's no problem: we'll point it at your site and set your email and SSL up on it, but the renewal stays your bill. One domain per subscription, subject to the name being available.

They're your named contact from the day your trial starts. They run your setup call and configure your services, pricing, VAT, Stripe, branding and website with you; import your existing client list for you; get your domain, email and SSL live; and then stay your point of contact — with a direct email address, not a shared inbox — for as long as you're a customer. Yes. Switch on job costing and LCP records what each visit costs — labour from clocked or booked hours, mileage at your chosen rate, and any expenses you attach to the job. The Reports screen puts that against revenue to show contribution and profit after overhead, broken down per job, per client and per cleaner, sorted weakest margin first. Expenses you tick as rechargeable are added to the client's next invoice automatically.

Yes. Connect your Facebook Page and a guided chat answers messages for you, collecting the same details as your website quote form and creating the quote in your dashboard automatically. Because Meta only allows businesses to reply for 24 hours after a customer messages, LCP tracks that window on each enquiry and flags the ones running out of time.

Absolutely not. Both plans are month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel anytime with a single click — no questions asked, no cancellation fees.

You get full access to every feature in your chosen plan for 14 days. Just add a card to start — you won't be charged until the trial ends. If you decide it's not for you, cancel before day 14 and you'll pay nothing.

Yes! You can upgrade (or downgrade) your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to all Team features. Your billing will be prorated so you only pay the difference.

The Team plan includes up to 3 field staff accounts and up to 2 manager accounts — 5 user seats in total. What takes a little longer is anything that connects to a system outside LCP — Stripe card payments, Facebook Messenger enquiries, Xero or QuickBooks sync, Google Reviews, and your own domain, email and SSL. Those need details and permissions only you can give, so we set them up with you on your free onboarding call rather than leaving you to work them out. Most customers finish that call fully live; a domain takes an extra day or two while DNS spreads. You can keep working normally the whole time.

The guided setup wizard walks you through the basics, and the fiddly bits — Stripe, social media, accounts sync, your domain — are done for you by your customer success manager on the onboarding call. Your success manager connects your Stripe account with you on your onboarding call — or helps you create one if you haven't got one yet. From then on every invoice carries a secure payment link: your client pays online, you're notified instantly, and the payment is recorded against the job automatically.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure hosting, and regular backups. Your data is yours — we never share or sell it. You can also turn on two-factor authentication for your own account, your cleaners' accounts and your clients' portal logins: it uses TOTP, the same standard as Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator, and comes with ten single-use backup codes in case you lose your phone.

Yes. Alongside your landing page, the page builder lets you add as many pages as you like — services, pricing, about, FAQs, or a page per area you cover. Six ready-made layouts (full width, content and image, hero, two column, features grid, FAQ accordion), drag-and-drop menu ordering, an optional enquiry form on any page, and SEO title and description fields with a Google result preview. It all runs on your own domain, so it's your website, not a profile on ours.

Send your list to your customer success manager and they'll import it for you, free — a spreadsheet, an export from an old app, or photos of the pages in your notebook. You can also add clients yourself through the quick-add forms in a few seconds each, and enquiries from your quote form, widget or social messages create client records automatically. Most solo operators are up and running within an afternoon.
